On tap at Fat Heads. Pours a deep reddish copper color with a medium white head. A sweet caramel nose, with some berries. Smooth easy flavor of fruit, berries, very big malt sweetness, toast, raisin. Good.

Sample at the brewpub. This brew pours a clear dark reddish-amber color with a medium fluffy off-white head that recedes slowly to a film. Partial rings of lacing. Roasted malt and hops in the nose. Medium-bodied with a roasted malt character and notes of caramel and resiny hops. The finish is sweet with a malt and dark fruit aftertaste. Decent overall.
