Pretty good pils. Pours golden with decent head and lacing. Some saaz. Decent pils. Snappy. Tap at brewery.

Draft sampler at the 2023 Rocky Water Brew Fest. Tastes like a basic pilsner. Not very bitter, in spite of the 40 IBU. A little soapy finish. It's okay.

Suggested to compare to PU and it does. Nice mild spicy bitterness behind a clean crackery malt. It's a real pils alright. Hop aromas and flavors could come forward a little but it works.
