Apple, oregano, savory, anise nose, hints of marinara sauce. Clear yellow. Savory apple, semi-dry, with a subdued licorice finish. Medium body, easy carbonation. I really love licorice, but I don’t think it works. Moreover, I suspect an anise addition might be to mask a brewing flaw.
