Cask. Pours completely opaque black with a small off-white head. Intensely sour raspberry aroma. Medium body, almost completely flat, hard roasted malt and very sour raspberry, lots of burning acetone down your throat. What a weirdo. 160509

Near-black body with ruby highlights. Sorry, but I didn’t like it. More intense acetous and vinegary than sourly to my palate. On tap at the Copenhagen Beer festival (16.05.2009).

On tap at Copenhagen beer festival. Poured a dark brown with a red tinge, minimal head. Aroma has a strong tart note with underlying dark notes. Flvor starts tart with a hint of vanilla and builds to a dark finish. Some smokeyness.

Cask at KØ09. Citric aroma, nice vanilla. Black colour, seems cloudy. Very small light brown head. Sweet flavour, some fruit. The finish is extremely vinegary. Quite burning. Interesting.
