Cask at Clockwork Beer Co. Pours clear gold with a thin ring of white head. Aromas of ginger, powdered, not fresh. Taste is spicy, ginger heat. Spicy finish. Not a fan.

Cask @ Brewpub. Hazy light orange colour. Aroma is of sharp ginger. Flavour is ginger, very spicy. Spicy finish. Don’t like ginger beers, don’t like this one.

Draught @ Clockwork Beer Co. Brewpub, 153-1155 Cathcart Road, Mount Florida, Glasgow G42 9BH, Scotland.Unclear hazy medium yellow orange color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate ginger, soap ginger. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy ginger bitter with a long duration, finish is ginger peppery burn, to much pepper burn IMO. Body is light medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is flat. [20090410]

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy and pale yellow with no head. Dense ginger spiced aroma, with a bite and slight citric. Solid citrusy to lemonish flavoured along a solid to heavy ginger base flavour. Holds a quite solid bite and pepperish finish. Way too overwhelming for me (despite a lovely aroma), yet certainly the most interesting ginger beer Ive yet come across. My mouth was burning after this one.

Draught at the brewpub. Pale yellow, no head. Citric gingery nose. Sweet and sour with lots of lemon and lots of ginger. Medium bodied. No bitterness. Like most ginger beers it’s quite aggressive, and doesn’t work as a quencher.

Drat at the brewpub. A hazy yellow beer with no head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of ginger, but also a light spicy note - of other spices than ginger. The flavor is sweet with very strong notes of ginger - too much for me, though I usually like ginger beers, and also very spicy.

Draught at Clockwork, Glasgow. Haze green/gold colour with no head. Really gingery, a bit harsh, very spicy ginger on finish. Wow, that wakes you up. Pretty harsh, bit minty on finish. Fine.

Well i cant say much more than its an alchoholic non fizzy ginger beer. mmmm
