Stile, gusto e atmosfere. Un nuovo modo di affrontare l'amarezza. Extra special bitter ad alta fermentazione. Di basso grado alcolico, giustamente amara ma con dei sentori agrumati dati dalla luppolatura a fine bollitura con luppoli americani. Di colore rosso, al naso sentori di pompelmo, lime e in bocca gusto di caramello dato dai malti tostati. Luppoli: Cascade, Citra, Azacca. Ingredienti: acqua, malto d'orzo, luppolo, lievito.

18/6/2025. Can from Arbiter Bibendi, Pescara. Brewery #6500. Pours slightly hazed amber brown with a frothy off-white head. Aroma is malty, caramel, biscuit, hopped, fruity, chalky. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, average carbonation. Some developing bitterness. Pretty decent.

Bottiglia. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di fruttato e di sottobosco. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto cristallino. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è carico. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, frutta secca, pane tostato, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas e frutta passita.

Draft at BeerAttraction 2018, in Rimini, Italy. Pours a beautiful fairly transparent amber with fine whitish foam. Aroma is malty, herbal, aromatic. Body is light, with moderate carbonation. Taste is moderate in both sweet and bitter. Finish is relatively long with some residual bitterness.
