(On tap @ Bar Hop BrewCo, Jan 10 2016) Pours lightly hazed dark gold with a big white head and lace. Aroma is bright and intensely fruity. Guava, pineapple, passion fruit, grapefruit, orange, kiwi, touch of bubblegum. Flavour isn’t as intensely bright but has pineapple, kiwi, guava, pith, light sweetness and light bitterness. Medium bodied, average carbonation. Notes make it sound simple, but the strength of the nose was stellar - such that 3 glasses on a table actually created a fruity haze anywhere near it. Seemed like great convergence of tart and tropical notes from hops and Brett primary to me. Super drinkable.
