(On tap at A NIght with GLB and Amsterdam Brewery @ Bar Hop, Sept 19 2014) Pours lightly hazed medium straw, small head. Aroma lots of tannic-type red wine, Brett sourness is moderate, bit of wood too. As it warms, some Nelson Sauvin-type hop aromas. A bit less sour in the mouth, touch of Pinot, lots of wood, slight smoke, dry on the finish with some bittering hops and a bit of grain. Active carb, light body. Weaker base beer so barrel and Brett dominate. Not bad by any means, but quite a mild sour that would be a decent table beer.
