A collaboration with Burton Road Brewing. We took the first runnings off the (A Dozen Leaves) American Red Ale mash into our smaller kettle (parti-gyle) to brew an IPA variant. Ruby tinged copper appearance, with a more assertive citrus bite from a combination of US and New Zealand hops added hotside and in a dry hop

Cask at Magnet, Stockport. Pours clear copper ruby with beige foam. Aroma & taste: mild bread, caramel, citrus, berries. Light to moderate sweet & moderate bitter. Towards medium body with soft carbonation.
