This is very famous sake in Japan for the people who like sweet and juicy sake. The sweetness is different from the one from sugar. Made using the "Shizuku" method. Only naturally dripping drops are collected. Enjoy the aromatic & clear flavor. Best temperature: chilled, warm or hot. Bottle size: 720 ml.

Drank cold. The consistency of the liquid is clear. The olfactory intensity is high, and the olfactory persistence is sufficient. The taste on the nose - dominant aroma recognizes malted rice Koji. The taste on the nose - secondary aromas traces peach and fruit. The first impression of intensity in the mouth is of strong sake. The aroma on the tongue is slightly dry. The viscosity is low. The body is structured. The taste intensity is high, and the taste persistence is good. On the palate the aftertaste is intense. The taste is pleasant. The finish is silky, dry and clean. In the mouth the aroma brings hints of malted rice Koji, white peach, melon, fruit and green apple.
