[5/14/16] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016. Red session. Pale yellow. Weird spicy aroma with wasabi and cucumber. Dry flavor with strange spiciness.

Sample at CBC 2016. A bit hazy golden with a white head. A bit sour with hay, citrus, malt and light funk. The body was light and the finish dry.

Tap at CBC 2016, Red session. Poured a hazy straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is tart citrus. The flavour is light sour with a grainy earthy mineral citrus palate. Light bodied with soft carbonation.

Draught @ CBC 2016, Copenhagen. Pours yellowish with a smooth head. Aroma of tartness, slightly earthy notes. Taste is lemony and citrusy with some tartness and grapefruit. Finish is earthy and slightly tart with some farmyard and lemon. Okay.
