This is a very special gose with a very special composition. Ukrainian aromatic summer tomatoes, spicy smoked pepper, coriander, paprika, and all this dances around the main character - farmer's roasted beetroot.

7/IX/24 - sampled @ BBP Wanderlust Beer Festival (Brussels), BB: n/a (2024-863) Thanks to my GBV buddies for sharing today’s beers!
Clear deep to bright ruby red beer, practically no head. Aroma: nice, a little herbal, some yoghurt, sweet impression, floral, yeasty. MF: lively carbon, medium to light body. Taste: oh boy, that’s a lot of tomato flavour all right! Sourish, funky, a bit slimy as well? Aftertaste: spicy, herbal, dry, funky, a bit fruity, ok, weird but interesting.

Tomat ja peet.. rasvane, veider, ei saa öelda, et õlut pole, aga kas see, mis on, on hea?! No ei.
