Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dal fruttato. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido appare velato. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è poco incisivo. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di caramello, biscotto, liquirizia, frutta secca, pane tostato ed erbaceo.

swing top bottle 500ml. -from Heiloo Getränke Leipzig, shared with Hrabren. Very pale amber coloured, small off-white head, malty nose. Sweet malty, caramel, light fruity, notes of alcohol and sweet finish. Boring.

0.5 l bottle thanks to Ogi who brought it from Leipzig, shared with prof. Prezbelewsky and him. Unclear amber, small off-white head. Good retention. Aroma is caramel, cardboard and some alcohol. Light to medium body, sweet, metallic, alcohol, strong, sweet, light tartness, minimal bitterness. Abrupt finish.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle online from Beers Of Europe. Pours a clear light copper colour with a large thick creamy off white head. Aromas of dry dark fruits, toasty brown bread, fruit cake, caramel and warming alcohol. Taste has more of the same notes detected in the aroma with added notes of burnt brown bread and hints of cherries and leather. Not overly sweet which i like. Well balanced. I like this . Above average for the style.

500ml swing-top bottle, online from Beer Sniffers. Pours chestnut brown with a beige cap. Aroma: malt, caramel, bread, somewhat herbal. Taste: moderate sweet & light to moderate bitter, dry, malty, prominent caramel, earthy, some dried fruits, light spicy hop. Medium body with soft carbonation. Twiggy, bit dull.
