Holliston draught, 8/6/25.
Clear dark amber with caramel hues. Small, dark beige head.
Toasty and toasty bit necessarily smokey, though. Clean with sweet caramel lingering.
Woody and toasty with sweet caramel and a lot of lingering brown sugar and caramel. Too sweet, with minimal smoke.

Tap at brewery. Muddled but pleasant brown and small frothy beige top. Nose is bacon campfire and chocolate. Tastes chocolaty, bacon, wood smoke, cake batter. Creamy mouthfeel.
