Expect every sip to overflow with hints of candied date, caramel, and toffee. Nuances of sweet brandy mingle with tones of oak and plum, with just a touch of warmth from the big 15% ABV coming through.

TCBW2025. Copper colour, small white head. Aroma is sweet fruits, malts, some toffee and mild cognac and oaked tones. Flavour is sweet fruits, figs, dates, some toffee, cognac, wood and mild bourbony vanilla and oaked tones. Burns a bit on the gums, but surprisingly drinkable for 15 % abv.
