Unser Schwedentrunk zeichnet sich durch seine dunkle Färbung und seinen vollen Geschmack aus. Biere dieser Art tranken Kronachs wehrhafte Bürger schon bei der erfolgreichen Verteidigung der Stadt gegen die Schweden im 30-jährigen Krieg. Darum nennen wir dieses ausgezeichnete Bier, das wie alle unsere Biersorten nur aus den besten Zutaten hergestellt wird, "Schwedentrunk". Dunkle Biere wie unser Schwedentrunk sind etwas kräftiger im Geschmack und etwas stärker im Alkohol, deshalb wurden sie bevorzugt in der kalten Jahreszeit getrunken. Aber Ebenso empfehlenswert ist dieses Bier auch an heißen Sommertagen - eisgekühlt auf einer Grillparty.

Helder bruin bier met schuim wat snel wegzakt. Smaak is bitterzoet met iets van karamel, wat chocolade en toffee. Milde zachte afdronk.

Bottled. Brown colour with a small white head. Roasted malts with some chocolate, mild toffee and some slight floral hoppy tones. Flavour is chocolate, some mild metallic tones, roast, floral hops with mild earth as well.

Bottle. Dark chestnut brown, goldencream. Roast, dry chocolate nose. Medium body, chewy dark bread, pleasant roast notes which finish an a pleasant broad dark chocolate plateau. Light metallic bittering, Very pleasant sweet Dunkel.

Bottled. Clear amber, small head. Bready nose. Mid sweet with medium body and firm, rounded mouthfeel. Dark bread, some grass. Mid bitter finish.

Bottled. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet malty and dominated by caramel, leading to a dry finish.
