50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small, dense and slight off-white head. Mild roasted malt aroma. Slight sweet and roasted caramel malt flavoured with a light hoppy spice and bitterness coming through. Ends dry, slight sweetend and mild spiced hoppy too.

Bügelverschlußflasche: Copper coloured, small lacing off-white head, sweet-malty, caramelly nose with a touch of roasted malt; moderate sweet-bitter flavour with a light bitterness, nearly medium bodied; dark malty, nutty, sweetish finish with a hoppy kick in the very end. A bit sweet, but all in all a fine well balanced brew...

(swing top bottle) Clear, dark amber colour with a short, tanned foamy head. Slightly sweet, roast-malty aroma with caramel, cacao and a touch of sour dough with notes of herbal hops. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, slightly roasted dark malty, slightly bready taste with caramel; light to medium bodied, smooth on carbon; slightly bitter malt-accented finish with light hoppy notes. All in all clean and rounded.
