Bottle 75cl.Clear medium yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy honey, moderate flowers. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. This mead was not like normal meads alcoholic. bottle at papsoe clear yellow, no head. aroma is honey, very slightly spicy. flavor is honey, annoying bitterness, green spices.

75 cL clear bottle. Pours clear and golden, no head. Herbal honey aroma, light chemical. Sweet and candy like flavour with a sweet honey herbal flavour into the finish. Burning/warming into the far finish. Clean and honey flavoured, but not really interesting.

75 cL bottle, thanks to MiP. Pours pale and clear yellow with a little white head. Herbal and honey aroma, mild sweet note. Light marzipan note too. Sweet flavour of marzipan and honey. Leads into a nice honey and marzipan/almond finish.

Bottle. Spicy, sourish, sulphuric, white-winey aroma. A bit like fermenting wine. Clear, pale yellow colour. OK mouthfeel. The flavour is bit like bitter white wine, turning sweet. The honey aftertaste is actually not that bad, but the rest of this drink is rough and unpolished.

A yellow mead with no head. The aroma is strong in alcohol but also with notes of rosehips and hints of honey. The flavor is very sweet with notes of honey and rosehips and hints of alcohol. The end is sticky.
