Westy is brewed with every intent to hit your palate with intense flavor. Utilizing a historic blend of Pacific Northwest hops and weighing in at 7.8% with 100 IBUs, this is a grapefruit and pine-forward bomb. Poured vigorously, peaks of sticky foam erupt above the rim and leave white switchbacks of lacing cascading down the glass. On top of a classic West Coast body, notes of dank hop yards, bitter citrus peel, and freshly squeezed ruby red grapefruit juice leap out of the glass. Cheers to nostalgia and life's next big adventure.

Can at home from J and B Craft Drinks, Amsterdam, 24th December 2025. Pours a clear golden. Aroma is pine, aromatic, pith. Taste is clean, pine, biscuit, aromatic, fresh and bitter, lovely Westy!

US pint can at Benny’s place, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a slightly hazy golden orange colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is light citrus, toffee caramel. The flavour is moderate sweet and bitter, with a smooth, somewhat rich, toffee, light grassy, light citrus, herbal, warm boozy alcohol bitter palate. Over medium bodied with soft carbonation. A modern DIPA.

Charlton draught, 3/17/25.
Clear light brass-golden. Small, white head, slowly to cover.
Clean and floral. Hint of soap on the end. Biscuit and white bread but doesn't seem toasty. No stewed hop character, not that I'd expect that from TH. Definite citrus but a healthy, non-resinous pine, as well.
Juicy and biscuity. Heavy pine with light resin on the finish. No toast, no caramel, no stewed hop. Floral and perfume character lingering on the finish. Yeah, what Bookman said. Just a bit too much biscuit and pine for me, but it's a noble effort and, unsurprisingly, far better than the big WC IPAs of old.

Pours a clear, amber-gold, with mid-sized head. Aroma is grass, pine, citrus, bread. Flavors follow. Mouthfeel is fairly crisp and clean. Bitter hop presence in the finish. Just a bit too much bread/biscuit for my taste.
