Has quite the dull colour. Light brett on the nose. On the palate, more on the pluot and wood. Decent tannins. Lots of juicy acidity. Feels slightly thin in terms of the base body.

Poured from 500mL bottle (bottled April 2023). Hazy pale orangey yellow with minimal white head. Plum and mild apricot tartness over saison yeast, decent sipper.

16 oz. can, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma is full of lightly tart plums, rustic saison yeast, and some wild bugs. Flavour has some nice juicy plums/apricots upfront, rustic saison yeast, and a touch of bugginess. Juicy and rustic. Pleasant but not as complex as it could be.

500mL bottle. Pours murky yellow with a white head. Tons of woody oak and gentle pluots on the nose. Flavour has a nice, tart wild yeast profile, lots of oaky wood,, slightly acetic, and juicy pluots. Very nice.
