Wine Barrel Fermented Saison aged with Blackberries - Mûre du Fermier is our delicate and aromatic Saison du Fermier aged with blackberries in French Oak wine barrels. The brightness, depth and rustic character are created by the wild yeast native to our family’s Missouri farm. This Blackberry Saison was fermented in and aged in wine barrels for several months.

TCBW2025. Red colour, small pinkish head. Aroma is tart fruit, some mild wooden tones with mild herbs and some blackberries to it. Flavour is wooden, some blackberries, mild tart fruits and berries with some herbal tones to it.

Deep red colour and small head. Herbal, berryish, a bit tart aroma. Light-bodied. Herbs, red wine, tartness. Restless. TCBW 2025.
