500ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, dark amber colour with small, frothy, fading, white head. Yeasty spicy, yeasty fruity and sweet-ish, wheaty malty aroma, notes of honey, banana, baked banana, clove, some pear, preserved pear, a touch of nutmeg. Taste is yeasty spicy, yeasty fruity and sweet-ish, wheaty malty, notes of honey, banana, baked banana, some pear, preserved pear, hints of clove, black pepper, a touch of nutmeg.
Dissolved sugar enriched, watery to slighty creamy texture, smooth and soft, cloying palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation.
Intense and condensed, quite sweet, fairly spicy - challenging and good.

0.5 l bottle from 'Bierselect.de', best before February 2026. Hazy, reddish orange with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, quite yeasty-spicy, slightly fruity-floral aroma of banana, clove, pear and honey. Quite sweet, malty, moderately bitter, rather yeasty-spicy and gently fruity-floral taste of banana, clove, honey, caramel, some pear and light apple, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter finish. Full body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Good one, very classic, nicely smooth and rich.
