Hornbeer Blonde is a Belgian inspired beer. Our Blonde is brewed from light barley malt, spices, hops, water and yeast. The complex taste comes from the spices and the Belgian yeast type. The beer is highly carbonated and is bubbly and fresh to look at. The beer is unfiltered and does not have the clearness of a pilsner due to ultra-fine particles of yeast and malt remaining in the beer, which adds to the tasting experience. Blonde is best served chilled between 7-9 degrees and is the ideal compliment to light starter courses, fish, shellfish, chicken or as a welcome drink instead of white wine or champagne.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen (01/07/2017) - golden orange pour with white head. Sweet bready malty and fruity aroma and taste, some notes of lemon and apricot, yeasty and sweet malty base, light floral and herbal hoppy accents, touch of citric spice in the close.

Tap@ Ølhus København. Pours amber with a thin, lacing white head. Very spicy aroma, lavendel mostly. Flavor has sweetness, spices, lavendel and coriander. Easy to drink. Bit thin.

Bottle 500ml @ home
Pours hazy orange with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, dried fruits, grass and floral. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a grassy and floral finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Appearance: Cloudy orange golden color with a white head that leaves a fine lacing.
Aroma: Yeast, citric and fruity.
Palate: Medium (+) body. Tad sweet and a moderate bitterness. Average to soft carbonation.
Taste: Fruity, yeast, peppery, grasy and citric.
Overall impression: Lovely ale for a good time in the evening.

Flaska från SB. Bärnstensfärgad, rejält grumlig/disig och högt skum. Doft som har parfymdrag, belgisk jäst, koriander, blombukett och bananskal. Aningen oljig munkänsla och lite för stor banan- och honungssötma. Annars trevligt kryddad och med mycket belgokaraktär. Måttlig beska för stil balanserar upp bra. Trevlig.

Smak och doft av humle, jäst, citron, citrus, örter, gräs, hö, banan, honung med en gräslig förkärlek till koriander som tar över de fruktiga tonerna i eftersmaken, därav det lite längre betyget. Juicekänsla med lagom sötma och lite sträv beska som avrundar det hela.

Lett fruktig og sødmerik lukt med preg av lys malt, humle, korn, banan, høy, karamell, sitrus. Lett tørr og syrlig smak med preg av lys malt, humle, gras, korn, høy, banan, sukker. Lett beisk, middels bitterhet og lengde. Grei.

On tap at Henrik, Bergen. Pours a hazy orange colour with a small off-white head. Sweet and fruity aroma with spices, Belgian yeast, lime and orange. The taste don�t differ but is pretty sweet with touches of bubble gum. Has a soft and slick mouth feel, and a light bitterness. A sweet and easy-drinking beer with a nice aroma.
