Hornbeer Blonde is a Belgian inspired beer. Our Blonde is brewed from light barley malt, spices, hops, water and yeast. The complex taste comes from the spices and the Belgian yeast type. The beer is highly carbonated and is bubbly and fresh to look at. The beer is unfiltered and does not have the clearness of a pilsner due to ultra-fine particles of yeast and malt remaining in the beer, which adds to the tasting experience. Blonde is best served chilled between 7-9 degrees and is the ideal compliment to light starter courses, fish, shellfish, chicken or as a welcome drink instead of white wine or champagne.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with an off-white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt, fruits (oranges and peaches), and some spices. The flavor is sweet and very fruity - oranges and peaches, as well as a nice hop presence, lending it citrusy notes, on a fine malt base, and with just a whiff of spices.
