Bottle, 75cl, at Cafe Pardaf. 2023 vintage. A delicious brew, peppery, perfumed, woody and lightly funky. It has some body too, without being sweet. It's not too tart either, it's just really balanced. And the pepper works just fine here. Love it. 949417 251108

Stunning. Massive peppery nose, delicate floral, earthy, ginger, complex, lasting, tart. Want to taste this one regularly over the next 30 years

Spicy, peppery and funky with some farmyard sourness, tartness, earthiness and floral notes, hints of lemon and citrus. Quite similar to Zwanze 2022
