Appearance: rusty yellow to semi-copper color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated at a nice pace and ended up leaving just a little bit of lace
Aroma: earthy & floral with a whiff of herbal hoppy tones envelope a light biscuity and graham crackery malty tones, diacetyl? Hmmm, I thought I smelled some then every time after I didn't notice it again, hmmm, eh, whatever
Flavor: wraps up the prior noted aromas from a malty sweetness to a floral & earthy sweetness; clean finish of maltiness and earthy sweetness
Texture: medium bodied, sessionable, very smooth along the tongue; just a kiss of dryness to the tongue
Overall: yup, I'd say that's a festbier! And definitely one to return to.
