Fantom 45 pripada tradicionalnom bavarskom pivskom stilu koji najavljuje proljeće – prekrasno, jantarno pivo sa savršenim balansom okusa karamele, pečenog kruha i gorčine uz lakše tijelo što ga čini izuzetno pitkim, bez obzira na postotak alkohola.

0.5l bottle at Pivska Školica 2025. Clear amber body, no head in my pour, some off-white traces in some others, eeeh. Malty, aroma, mostly caramelly, lightly oily and yeasty, huuh. Less clean than expected. Lean, dry, caramelly taste, almost no hops - just vague herbal touches, some yeasty touches by the finish. I mean, shows promise, but it's quite flat, limp, which is kinda surprising. Generally close to style, but less hoppy than this should be, and the malt showcase is kinda crippled by the carbonation.

Bottle, 0.5l. Clear amber pour, half finger soapy white head, short lasting, minimal lacing on the glass. Malty and bready notes on the nose caramel, nuts.
Light to medium body, medium carbonation, lively. Average mouthfeel and texture, soft, slightly fizzy, lightweight. Balanced bittersweet taste. Malty aroma, toasted caramel, rye bread, nuts, ripe fruits. Somewhat sugary. Mild alcohol presence in the background. Medium lasting finish, dry, slightly boozy, sweet.
Ok.
