Very dark brown with a lasting tan head. Very malty aroma of chocolate and bread crust, with a hint of licorice. Roasted flavour with chocolate, a little grassy hops, and medium bitterness

Bottle, 75cl corked. As 150. A hazy, dark brown beer with a minimal sized tan head. Cellar, malts and roast in the aroma. The flavor also has a good deal of cellar to keep the roasted malts and dried fruits company. Medium body. Roasted, bitter finsh. Yet another nice one from Bøgedal, but this one is too much on the cellar side I think. 090724

Bottled. Amber colour, not much head. Aroma is fruits, roasted, quite yeasty wooden and a bit harsh. Flavour is chocolate, fruits, some shite notes. Shite is not meant as death tto the brewer, but not very iimpressive.

Dark brown color, small brown head. Coffee, chocolate, some hops and licorice, quite sweet. Quite sweet stout, coffee, ash, tar, dark malts, sweetness probably from Muscovado. This is quite interesting and different than other Bogedals I’ve had.
