Bottled. Black colour, mediumsized brown creamy head. Aroma is bourbon, some vanilla, mild liquorice as well as some roasted and mild ashy notes. Flavour is very similar, but also has some ripe dark dry fruits and mild syrupy notes to it. Balanced, big and bold. Vanilla gets more evident as it warms up a bit.

Poured from 650 mL bottle @ Black Valentines. Near black with small beige head. Mild bourbon, light chocolate, touch of tartness.

Not that good at all. Cheap bourbon overkill, alcoholic. Very thin. Taste is a lot of bourbon, some cold coffee and some bitterness. This needs way more body and flavours of the base. Might have been a bad bottle? Otherwise vastly overrated.

Bottle @ home, bought quite some time ago from De Bierkoning. Opens with a big pscht. Black color. Big ricky beige head with long retention. Aroma's: bourbon but not boozy, vanilla, chocolate, roasty. Retronasal: bourbon, fruity alcohol, sweet, chocolate, light wood. Flavor is moderate heavy sweet, fruity alcoholic, chocolate. ABV certainly seems higher than 8.5%, but still not too boozy. Medium bodied. Finishes sweet, with dark fruit and chocolate. Very nice.

Bottle at The Hague Bottleshare. Very dark brown with dark beige head. Massive bourbon, light sour red fruits, chocolate, vanilla, lots of brown sugar. Marzipan. Quite sweet with some bitter alcohol. Almost full bodied. Nice!

[ As Caldera Mogli - Bourbon Barrel Aged ].Clear dark red brown colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, dark malt, chocolate, bourbon, wood. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, chocolate, vanilla - bourbon, sweet malt, dark malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
