Produced with honey from South America.
Aromatischer Bio Honigwein nach altem, traditionellem Rezept. Mit naturbelassenem Wildblütenhonig aus Lateinamerika aus fairem Handel. In der kalten Jahreszeit heiß getrunken ist er wunderbar wärmend. Lecker auch als gekühlter Aperitif oder gemixt mit Sekt oder Orangensaft.

Bottle. Pours clear golden with oily laces on the inside of the glass. Clear aroma of honey and flowers with a note of spices, possibly cinnamon. Sweet flavour of honey with a note of herb and cinnamon. Warming alcohol presence. Nice, though way past the BBD.

Bottle 75cl. @ [ Fastelavns Tasting Ulfborg ].Clear light to medium yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate honey and alcohol. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, and a alcoholic finish. Body is medium, texture is syrupy, carbonation is flat. [20090221]

Yellow with no head. Bees wax and fruit aroma. Sweet and spicy flavour with a lasting spicy aftertaste.

Bottle, 12% as Gepa3. Good, fat honey aroma. Very pale yellow colour. Good sweetness and honey flavour. Good beeswax aftertaste.

75 cL bottle, thanks to MiP. Pours clear yellow with no head. Pours slight hazy orange, clear with no head. Flavour is honey sweet and slight herbal. Mild floral. Nicely fruity floral and sweet. Ends lingering sweet honey like. Great.
