(bottle) Cloudy, orange colour with a dense and huge foamy white head. Slightly sweet and moderately yeasty and distinctively wheat-malty aroma with strong fruity notes of citrus and lime, accompanied by light clovy spices. Sweet and moderately sour flavour, medium to full bodied with an almost calm carbonation for a wheat beer. Full wheat character with fruity and yeasty notes; moderately sweet and distinctively fruity finish that lingers into the aftertaste. Not a very complex but quite enjoyable and refreshing, thus deceptice Weizenbock.14.I.09

Bottle, 7.2%. Good banana aroma, a little malt syrup, yeast and wine. Cloudy orange colour. Good stable white head. The flavour has a fat yeasty flavour with some malt syrup and vinousness. The balance is tilted a bit much towards citrus for my liking.

Bottle. Banana, clove, wheat malt and alcohol aroma. Cloudy yellow-brown color with large white head. Strong astrigent alcohol flavor that nearly overwhelms the banana/wheat malt flavor. Not particularly well blended.

(Bottle 50 cl) Cloudy golden with a thick, creamy and rather stable, white head. Fruity, lightly citrusy aroma. Full-bodied, but not overly so - you could easily be fooled to belive that this was just a standard Hefe. Tart, fruity notes with a touch of banana. 201105
