500ml bottle. Darkest brown, almost black colour with average to huge, thick, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white to beige head. toasty, bready, malty aroma, notes of dark bread, pumpernickel, a touch of treacle, some salty spiciness, a waxy touch. Taste is roasty dark malty, slightly grainy and bready, earthy, hints of spelt, dark bread, a touch of pumpernickel, treacle, a salty and a waxy touch. Quite intense and strong-flavoured considering the low abv. Not bad.

Smooth malty, not too sweetish. Fresh, round, easy to drink. Not too deep, but round and fresh. Dry malt, fresh with hints of bitterness in the aftertaste. Nice and refreshing!

Wenig malziger, deutlich röstiger Antrunk. Leicht herb, die Röstigkeit wird trockener. Zum Ende milder, karamellig röstig. 9/9/9/9/10/9

Thanks to Erzengel for that one. Bottle looks simple but okay. Beer in the glass very dark, almost black. Small head. Starts mild but not washy. Fine malty-roasty, more and more dry. Finish again milder, roasty aftertaste. Nice!

Bottled. A dark red-brown beer with a thin brown head. The aroma has notes of caramel, malt, and bread. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, spices, bread, and caramel, leading to a bitter finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.
