Clear, bright gold. Small, white head, steadily to ring.
Very fruity and easygoing. Rich, freshly cut grass and fresh herbs galore. Bit of apple-like yeast in the end with some light cracker from the malt and maybe a pinch of oak, though I wouldn't know it blind.
Hmmm, that's why it's so fruity! This is full of Brett! I guess it's a Brett Pils and frankly, fine with me. Fruity, gently tart and very brett-forward with a good light band aid, light apple and unripe guava rind character. Soft, easygoing texture is amply deep, not over-attenuated and shows good bitterness in the finish.
