Once again, we’re dipping our toes into another traditional English beer style. Brewed with a base of Marris Otter malt with a touch of de-husked chocolate malt, brown malt, and biscuit malt. Gently hopped to 15 IBUs and fermented with a nice fruity English ale yeast.

Aromatics of dark caramel, Heath bar, and toasted sourdough lead to a crushable palate with flavors of fresh baked biscuits, raisin bread toast, gentle chocolate, and orange marmalade.
