Kolor ciemnobrązowy, pod światło klarowny, rubinowy. Piana beżowa, dość obfita, dość trwała. Zapach intensywny, przyjemny, nuty palone, ciemne słody, kakao, słodka czekolada, praliny, powidła śliwkowe, w tle dobrze ułożony alkohol. W smaku pełne, wyraźnie , agresywanie palone, palone zboża, lekka spalona drożdżówka, ciemna czekolada, potem pralinym, odrobina ciemnego rumu, suszone zioła, kakao, piołun, całość byłaby przyjemna, gdyby nie ostra spalenizna. Goryczka wysoka, ostra, dominująca, palona, piołunowa z nutą alkoholu i kakao. W ustach gęste, ściągające od spalenizny, lekko rozgrzewające. Nasycenie niskie.

BB 31.12.2026 - Bardzo gładki, pijalny porter, bez udziwnień, pełna klasyka choć bardziej w stronę czekolady i palonosci niż nut owocowych, słodowych, ale jak dla mnie w punkt.

500ml can. Opaque, darkest brown colour with slightly late awakening, average to huge, dense, creamy, moderately to mostly lasting, immensely lacing, beige head. Roasty, dark malty, oaty malty and mildly spicy aroma, notes of coffee, some cinnamon, a touch of brown sugar, toasted oat flakes, doughy yeasty overtones. Taste is mildly roasty, dark malty, oaty malty and minimally spicy, notes of coffee, a touch of dark chocolate, hints of toasted oat flakes, a weak touch of cinnamon and vanilla, weak roasty bitterness, subtle caramel malty sweetness, a doughy yeasty touch, hints of cinnamon roll, brown sugar.
Creamy texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate with an almost slimy basic strand, medium, dense, soft, mildly prickly carbonation.
Very well crafted, harmonious composition, not overly complex but represents somehow a spectrum without gap - distinguished.
