Czech-style Pils exclusively made for Beer52. Traditionally brewed using a decoction mash to accentuate smooth malt character, and hopped with Saaz and Kazbek for classic Czech notes. A slow, cool layering process ensures a crisp and clean finish.

[33cl can from Beer52.] A slightly hazy straw coloured pour with a thick white head; grainy aroma; sour grainy taste; and a crisp fresh grassy bitterness. No different to any macro Eastern European lager.

330ml can. Pours a lighted misted gold with white head, modest retention. No huge aroma but there is some citrus, resin and bitter grass. Taste is grainy, bitter, grassy and resinous but seriously lacks balance. There is a modest crispness helped by the carbonation. Medium bodied, chewy. Not horrid but a bit of a chore to get through.
