500ml bottle. Hazy reddish orange body with a foamy off-white head. Aroma is some caramel and spices. Flavor is light caramel malt, some sourness and spices. Rather thin and boring, maybe infected.

Bottle. It’s a slightly hazy, dark golden to copper beer, topped by a creamy, off-white head. Soruish nose, milky. Hints of caramel. The flavor is milky-sour with some caramel, chalk and a bitterness towards the finish. Medium, dry mouthfeel. Dry, bitter finish. Not a very good beer, certainly off, still there’s something good with it. A whole bottle? Don’t think so. (090522)

Bottle.Amber orange colour with an off-white head. Flavour is alcohol, malt, hop, spices, caramel. Medium body. Boring christmas beer.

Bottle 50cl. @ home.[ Trade by Papsoe ]. Clear medium orange amber color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, nutty, spicy. star anis. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090204]

muddy brown, nice thick white head aroma : spicy, sawdusty, flavor sweet, burnt caramel, plastic, butter. cardemom biltterness into the end. The cardemom and some strange bitter flavors made it impossibleto finish the beer. Either it’s totally overdone with cardemom, or there is a brewing error or infection that results in faint smoke, burnt plastic etc.

Hazy copper with a big and lasting off-white head. Malty aroma with dried fruit, clove and other spices. Sweet and fruity flavour with some spice. A nice, malty dubbel, and spiced about right.

Bottled. An unclear orange-amber beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of spices and vegetables. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of spices - especially coriander and cloves, leading to a dry spicy finish.

50 cL bottle. Pours cloudy deep orange with a diminished white head. Dry and spiced aroma, light phenolic. Smooth roasted malt flavoured with a light bitterness. Subdued fruity and light phenolic finish. Ends rather dry. Ends mild hoppy into the far finish.
