A single decocted Amber Keller bier brewed in collaboration with our new soon to be neighbours House Of Lager. Brewed using select German malt and hops, this beer pours a coppery amber colour and has a rich toasty character created from a combination of speciality malt and a single decoction (a process where the mash is boiled to add malt character and depth). This lager uses spalt hops and has a more pronounce bitterness than some of our other amber lagers, not quite as bitter as the czech lager, but it still creates a lovely moorish finish to the beer.
