Bottle 500ml @ home
Pours hazy deep golden/orange with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, citrus, grape and pine. Taste is light to medium sweet and medium bitter with a long slightly dry, yeasty and citrus finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Draft @ Copenhagen Beerfestival 2010. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy citrus aroma. Fruity malty hoppy bitter citrus flavor. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter citrus finish.

Bitterer und natürlicher Hopfenantrunk, wobei der Hopfen zwar füllig aber nicht übermäßig stark ist. Blumig, hintergründig ist das Bier etwas dunkelmalzig, im Abgang ist dies noch einen Tick intensiver. Ansonsten ist das IPA gut trinkbar und wirkt harmonisch, tut sich aber in keiner Weise besonders hervor. Spät im Abgang noch einmal deutlich bitter. Nettes Bierchen. 6/11/12/12/11/12
