Cask @ National Winter Ales Festival 2009. A pale nut-brown beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel, but also light notes of butter. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel as well as lots of spices, leading to a dry spicy finish.

Cask, handpump at the Woolpack, Banbury, Oxon 20-12-08 Pours amber in colour with a small white head. Really fruity with a good solid tanginess, finishes with a nice flurry of dryness and bitterness. A6 A3 F6 P3 OV13 3.1
