Appearance - 4 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 3.5
Appearance: Clear, water-like, no head. Aroma and taste: Fermented pear, wine yeast, light alcohol. Light to medium sweet. Light citric acid. Mouth feel: Medium minus body, average to lively carbonation. Overall: Nothing interesting. Still best by the cidery so far.
