Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 5.5
Appearance: Cloudy deep brown with virtually no head. Aroma and taste: Caramel, toast, candy, grass, distant esters. Light to medium sweet & bitter. Mouth feel: Light to medium body, soft to average carbonation. Overall: Not the best Doppelbock ever.
