Cask at NWAF 2009. A hazy golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, flowers, and hops, leading to a dry and slightly bitter finish. The body is light.

Cask @ National Winter Ales Festival 2009, Manchester. Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty caramel aroma with some hoppy hints. Fruity malty caramel flavor with some bitter hoppy hints. Has a fruity malty caramel finish with some bitterness in the aftertaste.

Cask (gravity) @ National Winter Ales Festival 2009, Manchester, England.Clear medium orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, fruity, marzipan notes, chlor. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20090123]

Cask gravity at Pembury Tavern BF March 2007. Copper coloured with thin disappearing head. Minerally, goodish, bitterish bitter. some stoneish minerality, some decent hop on end. Well balanced bitter.
