Translucent straw body, big, pillowy off-white head. Nose delicate yet complex, with sour, floral/perfumy, and grassy notes and a distinct white wine character. Lovely salty-tart, soapy, sudsy, grassy body with white grape skin and juice. Nice.

Can - pours a hazy gold with pretty strong, fizzy carbonation - while tartness/acidity is the dominant flavor, there is some sweetness and a slight savory character through the middle - starts with strong lacto tartness - the citrus is evident and perhaps unnecessary given that it kind of creates an acidity overkill - the grape juice adds some sweetness and there are some apparent buggy complexities underneath - I think there is probably some additional depth here that I’m not picking up due to the high lacto acidity - it’s also fairly hefty for the style, given it’s strength.

Can shared by Adam, thanks! Pours a near clear pale straw yellow with a white head that dissipates quickly and nearly completely. Aroma has light tart citrus with a bit of dry grape and some slightly earthy wheat. Flavor has lightly sweet wheat, some tart orange and a bit of grape underlying.
