A golden Belgian ale inspired by the fruit cake. Brewed with wheat malts, dark candi sugars, and and a whole load of dried fruit - currants, sultanas, rasisins, apricots, cherries and mixed peel - and then fermented with a Belgian ale strain.

Cask @ Fox & Goose, Hebden Bridge. Very hazy dirty amber in colour with a creamy-frothy head. Has a fruity nose, but is lesser in taste, however it is crisp - there's not a lot of 'cake' character to be found though.
