Cask @ Barum Top Inn, Halifax. Straw coloured with a small head. Crisp and hoppy with its pilsner influence light but noticeable. Has a dirty nose but is easy-drinking.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
Cask-conditioned at the Phoenix, York 12/11/2017. Clear gold in colour, with a tight, white, head. A sweetish cask lager, with notes of hay, apricot and leafy hops, solid lager malts and a moderately bitter finish. Fine.
