Appearance - 4 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5
Vinegar, gym sock, cumquat aroma. Cloudy amber, headless. Tart cumquat, biscuit and grain husk. Spritzy, medium body. Not like the NA kvasses I've had. 6 2 8 3 15
