Cask at The New Oxford, Manchester. A light green beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of vitamins - is this a very healthy beer? The falvor is sweet with notes of guerana and vitamins - a weird mixture. It has a slightly acidic edge. Is it water from the local river?

(Draught at Sand Bar, Manchester, 23 July 2009) Pale yellow colour with brief, white head. Fruity, grassy nose with citrus, tropical fruit, hay and grassy hops. Fruity taste with notes of citrus, tropical fruit and a balanced bitterness in a finish with grassy hops. Tasty and fresh. Farily light body, rather dry. Being used to English lagers being rather tasteless, this was a positive surprise.
