Ginger nose. Hazy golden, thick head, good lace. Dry lime, lesser ginger. Medium body, easy carbonation. Refreshing.

Completely crisp light amber and copper coloured body with a thinnish, fast-dying pure white head that fades faster than a soda. Aroma of bright ginger (of course), malts, a dose of yeast, bread and grain and finishing with some mild caster sugar sweetness. Light to Medium-bodied; Dry and herbal flavour from the ginger up front with a heavy dose of light grain and malt with a bready and yeastie finish that shows a lot of sweetness, but a very easy-drinking beer throughout. Aftertaste shows a clean beer with some light ginger, a touch of sweetness, a good deal of dry and very biscuity malt and yeast notes with very little else - a clean and simple beer that almost tastes like a cider, but the biscuits and grain comes through near the end. Overall, a good and dry beer that is full of ginger flavour and only a touch of malt and grain that makes this very easy-drinking, especially in the warm summertime, or anytime here in Florida!
