Fresh wheat beer with a perfect balance and with the flavors of bananas. Strongly sparkling in the first taste, followed by a soft, supple body and a background of bitter hop, which is played with a pleasant fruit harmonic acidity. The finale is clearly fruity with a perfect sweet-acid balance.

Biggish white head. Muddy pale yellow body. Fruity mealy herbal aroma with banana and cloves notes. Dry-sweet minty chalky earthy taste with orangey notes. Mid-to-full body. Sharpish mealy mouthfeel. Dry-acidic chalky orangey aftertaste with herbal notes. Nice, drinkable, refreshing, but could use more character. Grew on me as I drank, though. (0.5l bottle, Kaufland, Leipzig.)

Cloudy orange with a lasting white head. Weak aroma of malt, with some fruity notes, including a hint of banana. Bread and grain malt flavour with a fruity touch. Un-impressive to me.

Bottle, 5.2%. Weak citric and wheaty aroma. Cloudy orange colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is mildly citric with some OK sweetness. Low bitterness with some wheat in the finish. Not so spicy or bananay as many German wheat beers, but well-balanced.

The bottle looks really good, the beer in the glass also. Starts fruity and yeasty, modest sourish, well balanced finish. Had worse hefeweizens from Bavaria!
